Shine supports the growth of innovators and entrepreneurs across the world through bespoke education, mentoring, and innovation ecosystem-building. Shine is a consortium specialising in commercialisation training, mentoring and community development.

The University of Suffolk, ChangeSchool and Mowgli Mentoring are the Shine Consortium. As of early 2020, the consortium partners have already delivered entrepreneurship and mentoring programmes in 34 countries overall and this includes 8 of the 17 Newton countries.

Shine is a delivery partner of the Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF) Programme, an initiative of the Royal Academy of Engineering, delivered as part of the UK Newton Fund.
